  • Our flavors! We are constantly experiment with uncommon ingredients such as basil, cornbread, graham cracker and cardamom.

  • There is no set schedule. We try to flip about half of them ( 6 of 12), about every month.

    Sometimes we get excited about a new idea and we move faster. Sometimes we’re so in love with a current flavor that we move slower.

    You can always check the ‘Now Scooping’ page or instagram stories to see what is in our dipping cabinet today.

  • Yes! We do! Everything gets made in our 500 sq ft space on Columbus Ave.

    Come in any time for our deluxe tour: standing at the counter while you spin in place.

  • Any staff member would be happy to point you in the right direction depending on your allergy.

    A few general guidelines:

    Cross-Contamination: Everything is made, stored and served from our retail shop. We make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, but there is always some degree.

    Eggs: there are no eggs in our base ice cream, but it is an ingredient in certain mix-ins.

    Vegan: All our sorbets are vegan unless specifically noted.

  • Yes! We usually have a few pints in our freezer waiting just for you. We can also hand-pack any ice cream on the spot.
